Can I return or refund my orders?

All sales are final and once sold, products cannot be returned.

In an event when a cancellation is necessary, please let us know at least 3 days in advance.

My items came damaged, what should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo for us and email it to miboolab@gmail.com or whatsapp us at +65 (81134232) along with your order details and photos of the damaged products. We will get back to you ASAP.

Shipping and Delivery

Is the delivery free?

We offer free delivery above orders of $100. Everything else, we charge a flat fee of $5.

We do not charge for the delivery of flowers and we only deliver within Singapore except places such as Jurong Island, Sentosa, Tuas, and Army Camps.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer free delivery on all products purchased through our website. We do not accept delivery to overseas addresses. 

We currently deliver all around Singapore except to Jurong Island, Sentosa, Tuas, and Army Camps.

Can I self-collect the items?

We do not offer self-collection services for now but stay tuned as this would change soon!
